PNB Downshift Protocol

Supports calming after periods of high stimulation.

This session should feel calm and neutral. If your child becomes uncomfortable, lower the volume or shorten the session. The goal is comfort, not intensity.

When to use

  • After school
  • After a difficult transition
  • Before Cortex training if your child appears overstimulated
  • During evening wind-down

How to use

  • Headphones are required for this session.
  • Have your child sit or lie comfortably.
  • Keep the room calm and reduce extra noise.
  • Do not force stillness. Quiet movement is okay.
  • Start the session and allow the audio to play without interruption.
Use this session consistently as part of a daily routine. Repetition is more important than intensity.
