PNB Sleep Initiation Protocol

Supports bedtime settling and sleep readiness.

This session should feel calm and neutral. If your child becomes uncomfortable, lower the volume or shorten the session. The goal is comfort, not intensity.

When to use

  • 20 to 30 minutes before bedtime
  • After bath or pajamas
  • During quiet time in bed
  • On nights when settling is difficult

How to use

  • Headphones are required for this session.
  • Use at a comfortable volume.
  • Dim the lights and reduce stimulation.
  • Avoid screens during and after the session.
  • Let your child remain in bed or resting position.
  • The goal is not to make sleep happen, but to support sleep readiness.
Use this session consistently as part of a daily routine. Repetition is more important than intensity.
